Draper Vibes
Home to around 50,000 residents, Draper is located about 25 minutes south of Salt Lake City, 30 minutes south of the SLC Airport, and about 30 minutes north of Provo and Orem.
Draper is bordered to the north by the city of Sandy, to the east by the Wasatch Mountains, to the southeast by the city of Alpine, to the south by the cities of Lehi and Highland, to the west by the cities of Riverton and Bluffdale, and finally to the northwest by the city of South Jordan. Draper is part of both Salt Lake County and Utah County, spanning both the SLC and Provo-Orem metros.
Rated the #1 for suburb for public schools in Utah*, Draper is served by the Canyons School District. The high schools are Corner Canyon HS and Alta HS, rated an A and B+ respectively*. In terms of middle and elementary schools, most are rated between A and B-. Also, a small portion of southern/southeastern Draper is served by the Alpine School District, rated a B+*.
Home Price Statistics
The median sale price in Draper comes in around $730k, which is a good amount above the SLC median sale price of about $500k. Most of the residents here own their homes, with about 80% of residents owning vs 20% renting.
If you're looking for a single-family home, currently on the market home prices range from around $550k on the low end, and upwards of $3.5m on the high end. If it's a condo or townhome you're looking for, currently on the market prices range from around $370k on the low end, and upwards of $695k on the high end.

Very little in terms of modest home sizes - not a lot for small homes here (2k sq ft or more)
Cons associated with suburbs - not super walkable, cookie cutter neighborhoods, lack of cool spots, etc.
